The Chord Electronics Qutest is a standalone desktop DAC without a built-in headphone amplifier, built on Chord's custom-coded Xilinx Artix 7 FPGA with a 49,152-tap length and 10-element pulse array design. It offers galvanically isolated USB-B, dual BNC coaxial (including a dual-data mode) and optical inputs, RCA outputs, user-selectable filters, and switchable 1/2/3V RMS output, supporting PCM up to 768kHz and native DSD512.
